Relief Fund Camp

Disaster whether it is natural or man-made has a huge impact on our daily life. Man is altogether helpless when the natural catastrophe hits hard. Global warming and rise in sea level results into frequent floods, earthquake, landslides and so on. PMI come up with the relief fund camp where the contribution to this fund is used to help those who are affected by any kind of natural disaster or accident across the nation. At the time of disaster we take part in helping by distributing (or sending) food items, and sometimes we provide direct financial support to an individual or families affected by the disaster. During Bihar floods we send food items, clothes and blankets for the flood affected communities across the state.

Apart from sending a relief package in some cases we helped by joining hands with others and volunteer to help on the ground. PMI also used to send volunteers to help for ground work as in Dehradun disaster relief work (landslides and flood).
